Our company history traces back to Meher Consulting in 2002. Before that, our founder & CEO, Raj Sadaranganey, cut his teeth as a consultant in a Big 4 consultancy where he learned about the business model of Tier 1 consulting and was determined to break the mold.
The Meher Group is growing rapidly but prudently. Our organization structure is very flat; we are not driven by quarterly figures or share price growth. Therefore, with low fixed costs, we use a business model that is based on utilizing the most experienced consultants and our outstanding ability to deliver. We offer exceptional ROI to our customers.
We don’t train junior consultants on the job or put them through training courses so that they can tick a ‘Certified Consultant’ box. In fact, we don’t have junior consultants; we have only one level and all of our consultants have at least 10+ years’ experience.
